Mexican Stew

Would you like to make yourself an extremely healthy snack or even dinner in less than five minutes or make your entire family the same dinner in less than ten minutes for ten dollars or less? If you said yes, than I have the recipe for you, made only with a few cans of beans and other ingredients you probably have in your kitchen cabinet.

I make this for myself and it takes less than five minutes on the stove, but it might take slightly more time if you are making a lot. Ingredients Two cans of Black Beans.  One can of refried beans. Two cans of Creamed Corn.  Two tablespoons of Chili Powder ot two taste.  A pinch of Pepper Instructions

1.  Rinse the Black Beans from the can, this will cut the salt by up to a 3rd. Pour beans in a huge pot with the other ingredients and heat on meduim heat until warm or hot while mixing it. 2. If you are not a vegan you can add a half cup of low fat sour cream and shredded cheese on top and serve with Tortilla Chips. 3. Please remember not to eat too much if you only have one bathroom in the house, because this is extremely high in fiber.

Popcorn is fun and healthy again Being on a diet doesn't have to feel like an uphill climb anymore, simple swaps can make your movie night a healthy night. Popcorn fills you up unlike any other healthy fiber filled food. I've read many sites about the benefits of popcorn eating vs other unnatural snacks like chips and candy. Popcorn is only 25 to 31 calories per a cup serving. Most of these sites tell you not to use salt or butter on your popcorn and though butter is out, you don't have to eat dry, boring lifeless popcorn to be healthy. You can eat the awesome tasting popcorn of the paste and be healthier in the future with some simple tips. The Magic Oil You can think back to your childhood and remember how good theater popcorn tasted even without butter and that is because of the oil it was cooked in and you can have that same great taste at home. Coconut Oil was bashed by science dudes who didn't do any research just because it was a fatty oil and according to many websites was spear headed by the ASA which is the American Soybean Association. The fact is that there are good fats and bad fats and Coconut Oil is actually a good fat.
As for Salt If you can't live without salt on your popcorn there are even healthy options for you. All natural sea salt has up to 25 percent less sodium than regular salt.
Popcorn Machine A popcorn machine can make it fun to make popcorn on movie night for your friends and family, but it is not the only way to make hot fresh healthy popcorn, there are a few more machines that are easier to use and you can still use this special oil, like the kind to use on the stove.
The Science of it all In the Pacific Islands Coconut Oil is greatest source of medium-chain fatty acids or MCFAs. These fats are quickly absorbed into active sells and turned into energy. They are not stored in fat cells like other fats. It also neutralizes bad free radicals and brings down inflammation. It can make your fat burn faster because of the MCFAs and help you lose up to 24 pounds a year as part of a healthy diet. It helps fight infections and colds. You can buy this oil in stores or online. It stays solid at room temperature and unlike the fluid oils you find in all stores it does not spoil easily. The serving size it actually two full table spoons a day, which seems like a lot, but you're going to be cooking with it. You can use it by microwaving it for 30 seconds and pouring it over your food. Or you could buy a fancy movie style popcorn machine which you put your salt and old in before you add the kernels. Which taste amazing even without butter. In the past they even fried food in it. In cooking you normally just replace half the oil with Coconut Oil.
This amazingly weird food can also be used topically by rubbing it into your skin or hair. Some mainstream expensive beauty products use this oil in their products. This can help beat your dry winter skin, use a bit on your elbows, knees and other dry patches. Massage two table spoons into your dry winter scalp, cover your hair with a shower cap and wait thirty minutes for more and than shampoo out. Repeat at least once a week. You can benefit from a coconut oil massage in more than one way, it is relaxing and also good for your skin.
Would you be more likely to eat Popcorn other than movie night after reading this? The comments here are from my friends at squidoo who left their messages before the site went under.

Ladymermaid Sep 13, 2012 @ 12:11 pm I grew up with popcorn as our main family treat and I still love it. There were 6 of us kids and my mom would pop up a huge metal basin of popcorn for us to eat as we watched television after supper. I still love popcorn. RetroMom Aug 10, 2012 @ 11:44 pm I enjoy popcorn whether at home or at the movies. Jan 21, 2012 @ 10:31 pm So it was coconut oil that made popcorn taste so good back then without butter...I'll have a bowl with my massage and scalp treatment! 
